About Julie Snyder

Julie Snyder not only offers luxury real estate services, but she also serves

as a lifestyle resource for people looking to buy or sell in the Park City area.

The founder of Inhabit Park City at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty,

Julie aims to understand her client’s needs, what they like, and the lifestyle

they seek before finding and presenting carefully curated choices that

fulfill their criteria and wishes. Julie describes herself as honest, analytical,

and passionate.

A Cornell University graduate, Julie received her bachelor’s degree in

Communication. While pursuing her degree, she launched a women’s

accessory company and went on to open two popular women’s clothing

stores in the greater Boston area, which she owned and operated for six

years before moving to Park City. Like many before them, Julie and her

family were drawn to the Beehive State and decided to put down roots in

Park City due to the excellent quality of life and easy access to outdoor

recreation. After selling her two businesses and moving across the country,

Julie decided to put her business experience and entrepreneurial drive to

work and pursue real estate in the Utah market. In her first year of being a

real estate agent, Julie rose to the top-performing agent at Keller Williams.

In 2020, Julie joined the Summit Sotheby’s International Realty team;

she decided to make the move for a myriad of reasons. Summit Sotheby’s

International Realty is Utah’s only real estate brokerage with its own in-house

advertising agency, offering professional support teams specializing in

digital and print advertising, award-winning photography and videography,

PR and media relations, and more. Summit Sotheby’s International Realty

is known for their history of excellence, commitment to digital innovation

and their belief that luxury isn’t a price point, but rather an experience that

every client receives regardless of the size, location, or price-point of their

property.

Being backed both by the global network and power of the Sotheby’s brand

as well as locally by the support staff at Summit Sotheby’s International

Realty allows Julie to focus on her clients’ needs. She limits the number of

clients she takes on at any one time to ensure they receive her full attention

and highest level of luxury services. Her connections with agents in all

brokerages along Utah’s Wasatch Front result in deeper market insights

and access to pocket listings and off-market properties. Julie represents

both Buyers and Sellers equally; whether it be finding the perfect home for your lifestyle or selling your property for top-dollar in today’s fast-paced market, her ability to provide a luxury experience throughout each transaction is second to none. For families relocating to the area, Julie also provides a wide variety of assistance through Inhabit Park City that goes far beyond simply finding them a home. Utilizing market data, strong negotiation skills and effective

communication, Julie is able to navigate Utah’s competitive real estate

market with ease. She views herself as a relocation specialist, and proudly

shares her deep local knowledge of the area’s schools, neighborhoods,

restaurants, clubs, and outdoor experiences.

In her spare time, Julie loves being with her husband and two sons. Whether

it’s hiking with her Golden Retriever and Bernese Mountain Dogs, mountain

biking in Utah’s mountains, backcountry skiing, or enjoying the slopes at

one of the area’s legendary mountain resorts; Julie is most at home in the

outdoors and with her family.

“When we relocated to Park City from Southern California, we purchased an outdated traditional mountain home, and started a residential remodel. Luckily, having run a successful women’s accessory business, I had an eye for design. So, we opened up walls, removed beams, rebuilt the kitchen, and now we have our dream home in Park City, UT. This process helped me realize my passion for real-estate and sparked my desire to open INHABIT to help other families find the mountain home of their dreams.” – Julie Snyder
